Terms of sale
Vidomaker AI sells packs of video credits, paid once, with no subscription. One credit makes one standard 5-second video; a 10-second or high-quality video uses two credits. The number of videos and the price per video are shown on each pack before payment. Prices include taxes; they are billed in US dollars on the English site and in euros on the French and Spanish sites.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Credits are available as soon as the payment is confirmed and remain valid for twelve months from purchase. Generated videos are kept on our servers for thirty days, then deleted: download the ones you want to keep.
You may use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You may not request sexual content, graphic violence, identifiable real people, minors in inappropriate situations, hateful content, or anything illegal; such requests are refused before generation and no credit is used. Generation relies on third-party AI models: results vary and can't be guaranteed identical from one generation to the next.
Refunds
If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credit is refunded automatically and immediately.
Within 7 days of purchase, unused credits of a pack are refundable on request: write to support@vidomakerai.com from the email used for payment. The refund is made to the payment card; the credits of the refunded pack are withdrawn.
By starting a generation, you ask for the service to be performed immediately: a credit used for a delivered video is not refundable.
Privacy
Without an account, we store a random visitor identifier in a cookie (one year) to attach your credits and videos to your browser, and your IP address with each generation to prevent abuse. We don't use advertising cookies. Audience statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie.
When you buy, Stripe processes your payment; we receive your email and the payment reference, never your card details. An account is created with this email so you can find your credits on any device; your password is stored hashed. Emails (purchase confirmation, password links) are sent through Resend.
Your descriptions are sent to AI providers through the Vercel AI Gateway (ByteDance Seedance models for video, a Google Gemini model to translate and check the description). Videos are stored on Vercel Blob for thirty days.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to support@vidomakerai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
